Woodside Recreation Ground

CLOVER worked with Adelaide Hills Council to develop a masterplan for this complex Hills recreation precinct, which supports soccer, netball, cricket, tennis, lawn bowls and swimming, alongside civic facilities, playspaces and public open space.

The masterplan considered the diverse and sometimes competing needs of sporting clubs, community groups and other users, establishing a coordinated approach to the future management and improvement of the precinct. A key focus was developing a practical and financially sustainable framework to guide Council’s future investment and asset management.

CLOVER contributed to base planning, site analysis and masterplanning, as well as supporting stakeholder and community engagement to ensure local priorities and operational needs informed the future direction of the precinct.
