CLOVER delivered the masterplanning for the Sidewood Estate expansion, supporting the transformation of the site into a refined cellar door, masterclass and private dining destination.

Our approach establishes a clear structure plan that responds to the site’s constraints and opportunities, including interface with the freeway corridor, while setting a cohesive framework for landscape, access and greening.

Building on this, the detailed landscape package integrates carpark planting, WSUD strategies, entry statements and streetscape treatments to create a welcoming arrival and seamless connection between the new cellar door and the broader estate. The design reinforces Sidewood’s role as a tourism trailhead for Hahndorf and the Adelaide Hills, balancing practical requirements with a considered, high quality landscape outcome.
