CLOVER collaborated with the racing club and consultant team to develop a staged greening strategy that provides shade, amenity and seasonal interest while complementing the scale and bold architectural forms of the new facilities.

Plant selection responds specifically to the site's heavy frosts and exposed conditions, ensuring the landscape is resilient and practical while establishing a strong setting for the racecourse.
