CLOVER provided landscape architecture services for Majestic M Suites, a six-storey serviced apartment development in North Adelaide, and Majestic Roof Garden Hotel in the Adelaide CBD.

A key feature of the project is the two-storey green wall at the main entry, creating a strong green presence and welcoming arrival experience. The landscape also extends to the outdoor guest terrace, where GRC planter boxes provide planting for amenity and shade, with additional planter boxes incorporated across balconies to introduce greenery to the building façades.

CLOVER coordinated the integrated landscape elements with the wider consultant team, including structural loading, irrigation and drainage requirements. Planting was selected to complement the contemporary North Adelaide setting while providing seasonal interest and a practical, maintainable landscape for guests.
