CLOVER led the landscape architecture, masterplanning and documentation for a two-kilometre streetscape upgrade along Grand Junction Road at Hope Valley for the City of Tea Tree Gully.

Working within a busy transport corridor, the project required careful analysis of existing services, sightlines, traffic movements and other site constraints to identify realistic opportunities for streetscape improvement and greening. The masterplan established a coordinated approach to the corridor, followed by detailed documentation to support implementation.

CLOVER also liaised with the Department for Infrastructure and Transport and relevant service authorities throughout the design process to manage approvals, technical requirements and compliance.
