Drawing inspiration from the Clare Valley's vineyards, rolling landscapes and vibrant seasonal change, Seasons at Clare has been masterplanned as a lifestyle community where nature is at the heart of everyday living. CLOVER developed the landscape design to create a connected network of streets, open spaces and community facilities that reflect the unique character of the region.

Responding to the region's rich agricultural character, CLOVER developed a layered planting strategy that celebrates seasonal colour, flowering and autumn foliage throughout the year. Tree-lined streets, productive planting, indigenous species and expansive landscape vistas create an attractive and resilient environment that reflects the changing seasons while enhancing biodiversity and long-term amenity.

A network of linear parks, rehabilitated creeklines, walking loops and open spaces encourages residents to connect with nature and enjoy an active outdoor lifestyle. Community gardens, recreation spaces and the central wellness precinct are woven together by a landscape framework that promotes social interaction, accessibility and everyday living.

The masterplan will deliver approximately 150 homes together with a range of shared facilities including a health and wellness centre, swimming pool, community hub and recreational spaces. Inspired by the region's viticulture heritage, feature landscape elements, including a wine barrel-inspired entry experience, establish a memorable arrival while reinforcing the unique identity of the development. The result is a landscape-led community where the character of the Clare Valley is reflected in every season.
