Engaged by the City of Prospect, CLOVER developed the concept design through to construction documentation, supported by consultation with community groups, accessibility representatives and Elected Members.

A community drop-in session and survey helped identify what people valued about the existing park and what they wanted to see introduced.

This feedback directly influenced the design, including the addition of a bouldering wall and retention of much-loved features such as the big red boat and open lawn. Delivered within a $500,000 project budget, the upgrade also incorporates a bioretention swale as part of Council’s broader approach to stormwater management.
