Set within the rural landscape of Nairne, this masterplanned community takes advantage of expansive views across vineyards towards Mount Barker Summit, with remnant River Red Gums and generous linear open spaces providing a strong landscape framework for the development.

CLOVER is providing landscape architecture input to integrate streets, housing and open space while retaining and enhancing the site's existing landscape qualities. The design uses connected green corridors, tree planting and accessible pedestrian links to establish a walkable neighbourhood with strong connections between homes and the surrounding landscape.

Landscape planning has also considered the transition between new development and its rural setting, helping establish a distinctive local character as the community grows.
