As lead Landscape Architect, CLOVER has helped shape the development around the site's existing environmental and topographical conditions. Significant trees are retained as key landscape features, while streets, paths and open spaces respond to changing levels to create comfortable and accessible connections throughout the neighbourhood.

The landscape strategy brings together welcoming streetscapes, connected recreation spaces, planting, microclimate considerations and Water Sensitive Urban Design. These elements support sustainable water management, shade, biodiversity and everyday opportunities for walking, play and social connection while maintaining views to the surrounding Adelaide Hills landscape.
