Dawson Reserve

More than 3,500 shrubs and grasses and 200 new trees have helped transform Dawson Reserve in Modbury into a greener, more biodiverse and connected community landscape.

CLOVER led the landscape masterplanning and documentation for the $1.1 million City of Tea Tree Gully project, encompassing the rehabilitation of Dawson Reserve together with improvements to the adjoining North East Road corridor.

New and upgraded pathways, irrigated turf, extensive revegetation and public spaces improve the amenity and accessibility of the reserve, while a coordinated street tree planting strategy extends the landscape improvements into North East Road. CLOVER also worked with the Department for Infrastructure and Transport to coordinate approvals associated with works along the transport corridor.
