CLOVER provided landscape architecture services for this landmark masterplanned community within Adelaide's north-eastern growth corridor, working with YAS Property & Development and the wider consultant team to shape a landscape-led vision that responds to the natural character of Golden Grove.

The landscape masterplan was developed around the site's rolling topography, remnant River Red Gums, natural creeklines and expansive views across metropolitan Adelaide. A connected network of streetscapes, parks and linear open spaces was designed to retain existing landscape character while creating a highly liveable neighbourhood with strong pedestrian and ecological connections.

Public open spaces, creek corridors and stormwater basins were carefully integrated to support biodiversity, recreation and Water Sensitive Urban Design (WSUD). A predominantly indigenous planting palette, complemented by feature tree avenues and seasonal planting, establishes a resilient landscape framework that will mature over time, providing shade, habitat and long-term environmental value.

CLOVER's role included landscape visioning, site analysis, masterplanning, open space design, streetscape design, planting strategy, Development Application support and detailed documentation across multiple stages of the development. Working collaboratively with the project team and local authorities, the landscape establishes a distinctive identity for the community while creating welcoming public spaces that will be enjoyed for generations to come.
