Tania joined CLOVER in 2024, bringing more than 20 years of experience in business operations, office management and human resources across Adelaide, Perth and Brisbane.

 

As Studio Manager, she works alongside the Director and senior team to support the day-to-day running and continued development of the practice.

Her role spans people and culture, recruitment, business systems, bids and submissions, marketing, business development and studio operations.

 

Tania has a particular focus on creating practical systems and processes that strengthen the business, support the team and keep the studio running efficiently, while maintaining the collaborative and down-to-earth culture that is central to CLOVER.
