As an Associate Landscape Architect, Natalie plays a key role in both project delivery and the broader direction of the practice. Over more than 13 years, she has built a career working on public and community-focused places, from schools and health facilities to defence sites, sport and recreation projects, civic infrastructure and new residential communities across South Australia, bringing strong design, technical and project leadership to whatever she's working on.

 

She's just as comfortable steering a project through its earliest planning and masterplanning stages as she is seeing it through detailed design, approvals, documentation and construction, and much of that work comes down to bringing together the many different voices, community members, consultants, budgets and site constraints, that need to align for a project to succeed. Her current projects include the Hutt Street Upgrade, the Adelaide Park Lands Design Standards, Amberleigh Golden Grove and Larkview Mount Barker, alongside recently completed Ovingham Park for DIT, documentation for the Echunga Main Street Upgrade and construction of Confident Kids Child Care, Gawler.

 

Beyond individual projects, Natalie plays a part in shaping the practice itself, working with the Director on business strategy, resourcing and planning. Her ability to balance strategic thinking, design quality and practical delivery, and to bring people along on that journey, makes her an important part of CLOVER's leadership team.
